NEW MOON Blessings and update

For the past three nights (during the Dark Nights of the Moon) I have dreamt about death, lots of death. Yet, in one of these dreams there was a beautiful baby that I was protecting, this baby was full of joy and luminous with light. How symbolic for this moon phase!

And all week as I was downloading more info about this special New Moon, I kept hearing the phrase “Be careful what you wish for”.

As you prepare your New Moon Wish List, you do indeed need to be very careful what you wish for this time, as it will affect your life for months ahead (in fact right into July 2012). So you need to really think about what your intentions are, what commitments you are going to make, what actions you are going to take etc. And you must be willing to accept the consequences as they unfold between now and July next year. Be careful what new karma you are creating.

The fire of the moon may have been making some of you feel very impulsive, so stop, breathe and think before committing your intention or taking action. For others this fire will have been most welcome, as it will have fired you up creatively and inspirationally as you work on what you are ready to birth into the world now.

This Virgo moon encourages us to be more service oriented, ask the questions:-

“How can I help?”

“How can I be of service more?”

Focus on your strengths, on becoming more disciplined and organized (I know this influence has had many of us clearing clutter like you would not believe!)

Be very precise and detailed in your communications with the Universe (especially any requests that you are making to the Universe). If you are not sure, then wait for clarity. Do not proceed until you have this clarity. If you aren’t sure then the Universe responds equally, if you are sending out mixed messages then the Universe will reciprocate equally. The Universe responds directly to the vibration that you are sending out, so think before sending out, as this time it will have long term repercussions.

Stop being reactionary in your life, it’s time to drop all that ego led knee jerk stuff. Stop, breathe and think before acting in response to something that has happened. Particularly if you feel that someone is judging you or criticizing you. Ask the question “what is the lesson here?” Remember we are supposed to be Spiritual grown-ups now.

This is a time when service is the priority in our world. It is time to be humble and practice humility. It is time to give thanks for what you do have, right now, where you are. Stay away from those who brag a lot, who are loud about who they are, show-offy, the ego crowd. Stay well away from them. Step into your own humility and radiate love towards them, as they are demonstrating publicly their inner insecurities and what they most need is love. If you find you have the urge to brag (and believe me, there is nothing wrong with celebrating yourself and successes, I insist on it!) just check in with yourself, what part of you needs to brag or act out by being braggy? Ask the question, “Am I celebrating or am I bragging?” Rein that ego in and check with the humble, deeply spiritual part of yourself. Master this over the coming month and you are well set up for the journey through to next July.

Believe in yourself, know yourself, be yourself. Believe in you and do it with humility and the purity of being in service. This is part of the shift we are all experiencing.

This is why I have been saying for months now, that the so-called new marketing systems are already out of date. Things have moved so fast this year. It’s not easy balancing this when many of you are working in competitive fields and need to remain visible. Watch out for those jumping on the spiritual bandwagon and proclaiming to be working in a more spiritual way. I can assure you, 95% of them are dabbling with it and don’t have any real respect for it, they are using it as a new leverage tool for their marketing. They talk the talk but they don’t walk their talk – big difference!

The age of materialism is dead; this is the Age of Humanitarianism. Of being in service and this is the energy/theme that will guide us right through to July next year, in our lives and the life of our planet. We need to wake the masses up fast, and the best way we can do that is by example. By living and being the highest aspect of ourselves 24-7, 7 days a week in our daily lives, we will help to raise their vibration plus they will want to know our secret!

If you find yourself slipping, and we will because we’re in a human body, don’t beat yourself up; you have enough tools now to be able to get back on track quickly these days.

One of the greatest lessons on your personal pathway is that when you reach a certain level of advancement, your ego becomes a real trickster. When you think you are receiving information from your guides/higher self, it may be a higher aspect of your ego. It takes someone else to point this out to you. You will not be able to see this because you are already in your own way. So many of my clients have made terrible decisions convinced that this is what Spirit/their Guides/the Universe has told them, and it has really smacked them in the face further down the line. This is particularly relevant if you have important decisions to make and there is a lot of emotion involved. Your emotions will stuff up your ability to dowse correctly or hear Spirit clearly, because your ego’s desire is to justify itself, it wants to hear “yeah go right ahead”. But that may not be the best way forward for you. Like I said before, if you have even the slightest doubt about something, wait for clarity and if you need help, seek it from someone who is spiritually mature, grounded and clear. On the plus side, although ‘mistakes’ might be made, there are no mistakes just lessons, and all of it is useful.

This important New Moon brings a massive change, a turning in our lives, it provides us with a burst of creativity to fire our new projects and dreams, as we are reborn like the Phoenix, rising from the ashes of the old and ascending into our new form.

If you truly love our planet, if you truly care about humanity, then it is time to step up, commit and take action to make a difference. The time for preparing for the next seven generations is now. This week make contact with your favourite charities, lookaround your community, and see how you can make a difference, even in a small way. How can the groups you belong to unite to make a massive difference?

If you truly love yourself, then you will honour your sacred body temple, you will nourish your Divine Spirit within, your will honour your emotions, and you will be master/mistress of your mind. You are now stepping into your Greater Self, as part of the Great Oneness, the Great Love.

Immerse yourself fully in the deliciousness of this New Moon energy (which will remain potent for Wish Lists for the next three days).

I send you every Blessing for this powerful, auspicious New Moon and ask that Grandmother Moon guide your footsteps in the coming months.

NEW MOON Update

If you are still finding life a bit stressful, or you still have that strange kind of pressure building up inside you, then it is because the Grand Cross has been reactivated in the sky, and this always makes things feel a bit more intense.

We are already building up to the New Moon on Sunday/Monday (UK New Moon in Virgo 4:04am BST Monday). Although the Moon is on the wane, the intensity certainly hasn’t waned for some since the recent Full Moon. Over the past year, New Moons have been equally as powerful as Full Moons at this point on our Ascension ride.

New Moons mark the end of the old month before we birth the new month ahead. This New Moon is about getting real. It is time for the LaLa Bunnies and Spiritual Dabblers to grow up and take their heads out of their purple covered asses. It is not about using spirituality as escapism any more, as that will no longer work for these away-with-the-fairies folks. You have to get real and learn to integrate the spiritual with the mundane just like everyone else.

It is time to take responsibility for yourself, your life and the future of this planet. Virgo is practical and organized, so we are being given the extra help to get ourselves organized for the month ahead and for our imminent and future success.

The dark nights of the Moon on Thurs/Fri/Sat will make you feel more tired than usual. The magnetic pull of the Earth Mother pulls you towards Her as it is time to go within and reflect on the month that is now ending. It is a time for going inwards, resting and reflecting - not pushing.

Here is a visualization that my Elders used with me many times, which you may find helpful for this New Moon:-

Monday’s New Moon is a fire moon.

Visualize stepping into the fire and allow the flames to burn away all that is old, the old you. Allow the flames to transmute all that you have been. Your clothes will burn away as a symbol of burning away all that no longer suits who you have become or who you are becoming. (This process will not hurt, it is liberating and freeing). When you can feel that the process has finished, step out of the flames. You will be wearing new clothes, you will feel lighter and freer than you have done for some time and you will be reborn like the Phoenix.

FULL MOON Madness

The astrological conditions – Mercury retrograde, Mars etc, the Grand Cross and solar flares (bombarding the planet affecting our electrical energy), have all created the feeling within of being like a pressure cooker ready to explode and the pressure has intensified for some as we build up to tomorrow’s Full Moon.

As you have seen on the news, some couldn’t cope with the building pressure and acted it out in violence and civil unrest. Yep the loony times started early this month.

The good news is that this intense pressure will ease from Monday as the Moon goes on the wane.

Saturday’s Full Moon asks us to think about our role within our communities; local, national, global and cosmic. We are being given the opportunity to re-think our lifestyles and choices and perhaps aim our sights higher, to choose something more deeply rewarding than what seems superficially exciting.

Whilst recent events may have left you feeling wobbly and unstable (and this will continue through to next week, as full moons always make us feel more emotional), you are being asked to raise your vibration in yourself and every aspect of your life. This is a time for aiming higher. Not putting up and shutting up, not leaving yourself last but putting yourself first. It’s a time to think about how you really want to live and the way you want to be a part of your communities. If you are feeling unfulfilled in some area of your life, then this is your opportunity to make the necessary adjustments so that you can Be your true, authentic, unique and original Self in our world. It is time to put your needs first.

Be patient with yourself and others, you now know what is going on but they may not and so may still be acting out or projecting, ensure you are nowhere near their firing line and maintain your protection.

Raise your vibration, be ready and open for the opportunities that are available through this month and next by working with the New and Full Moons (which are the triggers for these opportunities) and let the Universe handle the details.

Drop the fear, whatever drama is being played out on your local or world stage. Focus on yourself and keeping your vibration raised. Drop all fear now. It is safe for you to make the decisions you need to make. Be clear about what you want (if you are struggling with that, leave it until clarity appears, instead busy yourself with catching up with outstanding jobs and chores or go out with friends and have fun).

It is about moving from fear to love, we have to move back into love and in a bigger way now if we are all to survive the events and scenarios on our planet and in our lives. Love is the greatest weapon of all. If you are in your heart and acting from love, nothing can touch you, you are so protected by the Greater Love. Attune to the Greater Love and ask it to help you. (Massage a drop of Rose essential oil into your heart chakra every day to help you with this attunement).

All month I have been getting the message that this is the time for authenticity, that the bullsh*t and spiritual bollocks has got to go. People can no longer bullsh*t their way to prosperity, love, sucess or anything else, because we can now see behind their masks. The masks are falling away and this is terrifying for some people, they are terrified of being exposed and so will try and hold on tighter and manipulate you more. Drop them like a hot coal. They are working from a lower vibration and have enough of their own sh*t to sort out, you don’t have to take that on or sort it out, you have got better things to do.

As many of you know, I am a huge fan of Mike Dooley’s Daily Notes from The Universe, this quote sums it up:-

AUGUST Updates

Welcome to August, the last Moon of Summer.

Well, no sooner had I sent out last month’s newsletter, than the build up to the next phase started as solar and magnetic storms started to hit our planet. Dreaminess, spaceyiness and the inability to concentrate returned. As I have said before, this is all part of the cosmic rollercoaster ride that we are on at the moment. The brief interludes of calm are becoming shorter as the Ascension pressures increase. So make the most of the days that feel relatively ‘normal’ and take it easy on the energy fluctuation days. Some days the effects are so strong that they can affect the electrical circuitry in your body, get some healing or do some EFT on yourself to ensure that your meridians are flowing in the right way.

The Great Transition has begun. Many are moving home (some are moving countries), many are changing jobs, changing relationships etc. This year is the year of change and it is in full swing. It is the year for being placed where you most need to be for 2012 and beyond.

Remember a few months ago I said that our Arrows would fly free? Well for many they are flying higher than they have ever flown before! For those who have done the work, there are no limits. Many have being going for it even ahead of the planetary support that lined up over the past month to give us the green light.

Internally, The Great Transition has been taking place in deep and powerful ways. More of you are now stepping into your power, fully and completely, and no longer have fear about the responsibility this entails. You are now ready to show your face to the world and say “I am here and I am ready!” Others are not quite there yet; they still have more lessons to learn and clearing to do. And there are some who will never fully step into their power. And worst of all, there are those who think they have stepped into their power but they are totally operating out of ego. Just focus on yourself. Keep clearing, refining and purifying. The Great Transition is enabling those who are ready to step into being of service to humanity, to take their rightful places now. As I have said before, there is nothing and no-one who can hold you back now.

And yes, adjustments will have to be made, we are evolving continually and no-one knows for sure what is really going on, as this has never happened before. Ascension symptoms will continue until the Earth’s transition has completed (by 2015 although things will not settle until 2020). You have knowledge of how to deal with Ascension symptoms by now through your “Ascension Tips” book and this newsletter.

Be aware that others will not know or understand about The Great Transition, they will be overwhelmed by the upheaval in their lives and some will be floundering. They are the ones that most need healing energy sent their way as well as love and peace, to help ease the fear and uncertainty that they are feeling. You will also need to be careful around those who are not aware, as they may project their fears at you. Keep your protection practices up. As well as that, false prophets and spiritual dabblers will be revealed now for who they really are, and we need to be very careful of them. My guidance has been warning me that we all need to keep our protection up well past 2012, and that the New World won't be settled with its new energies etc until 2020. We are in the dark days of the Final Battle, and unfortunately there will still be negativity around for a while yet. Luckily we know how to rise above it!

Manifestation is happening very quickly now, for some almost as soon as you send the request out the Universe provides it. So be very careful what you are thinking. Are you focusing on the positive? On what you want rather than don’t want? Are you moaning or complaining about what is going on with people, your life, the world? Focus on what’s right and what you want and forget the rest.

We are now blossoming into our full potential. Many who felt shy about stepping out more publicly are really stepping up now. They have done the work; they are ready to take their place on the world stage, to be of service in a bigger and more expansive way. This is the time we have been waiting for. This is what all the hard work has been about. If you have done the work, then nothing can stop you now unless you let it. Be aware of creating ULPs when you take that leap, because as I know personally, they always manifest as a test and are self created as our old beliefs and patterns come up to try and sabotage our new success. Once you recognise it is an ULP, and what that ULP is about, it then disappears as quickly as it came.

ASCENSION SYMPTOMS

Some of you have already experienced these symptoms and some will continue to do so. As I have said before, we are on the same path but at different stages, so just take what feels right for you now, and keep the rest as future reference. Although I speak as if these things have already happened, for some they have yet to happen.

Spaciness and Dizziness

Still happening as earthquake activity has increased.

Aches and pains

Vary depending on the earth’s movements. A lot of people experiencing sore, painful ankles with swelling for some. There have also been lots of ankle and foot injuries over the past month, everyone I spoke to knows someone who has had an accident.

Infections

A spate of chest infections is sweeping the country which is weird considering it is summer. Lots of theories i.e. people not wrapping up against the cold winds which have accompanied some of the hot weather, and others think it is to do with chem trails, it is often to do with not expressing emotions.

Disturbed Sleep

Powerful dreamtime happening for many at the moment, with much teaching and prophecy happening. Keep a note in your dream journal, however short or insignificant the dream may seem.

Reading and Writing and Speaking

Some may find that they go through a stage where they seem to have the inability to speak properly. This is because suddenly English does not feel like your native tongue. This happens when you are particularly well attuned and connected to the Fifth Dimension. When you are spending time in the New World you come back and have difficulty in forming words and often don’t even want to use words or have to speak.

The same happens when reading or writing English, it has been a long time since this has happened on the Ascension highway and always indicated a massive shift in energy is happening.

Chakras

Person-specific as many continue to clear at deeper levels than ever before.

Pressure Cooker

From time to time and especially around the phases of the Moon the pressure can really build up, not just energetically but also in your body until you feel like a pressure cooker ready to explode. Sit with it and work out what the pressure is about. It will ease once the Moon moves into Her next phase. It doesn’t last long.

Change of Direction

Many will be experiencing sudden changes of direction in their lives. Bolts from out of the blue, sudden and unexpected opportunities that can completely change the course of your life and work.

Healing

There is massive self healing going on at the moment as many advanced Lightworkers prepare themselves for the next stage of their journey. They are stepping up in a much bigger way than they have ever done before because they are so needed by this world at this time. It is wonderful that old stuff is finally being healed and freeing you from your past so that your arrow can continue to fly onwards and upwards. (BTW - beware anyone that actually says out loud that they think they are healed – stay well away – if they were totally healed they would not need to still be on this planet!)

Finally

We all know the expression Rainbow Warriors; it has been part of the New Age for decades now. But did you know where it originated from? It originated from the Hopi Indians in their following quote:-

“When the earth is dying there shall arise a new tribe of all colors and of all creeds. This tribe shall be called "The Warriors of the Rainbow" and it will put its faith in actions not words. "The Warriors of the Rainbow" shall spread these messages and teach all peoples of the Earth. They will teach them how to live the "Way of the Great Spirit". The tasks of these "Warriors of the Rainbow" are many and great. There will be terrifying mountains of ignorance to conquer and they shall find prejudice and hatred. They must be dedicated, unwavering in their strength, and strong of heart. They will find willing hearts and minds that will follow them on this road of returning "Mother Earth" to beauty and plenty once more”. -- Ancient Hopi Prophesy

Now really is the time of the Rainbow Warrior. The Rainbow Warrior does not resist, the Rainbow Warrior allows with wisdom. The Rainbow Warrior does not waste words instead preferring to act instead of speaking. The Rainbow Warrior does not need to be right, and prefers the value of silence. The Rainbow Warrior does not fight, the Rainbow Warrior uses Love as his/her weapon instead.

The Rainbow Warrior has now come of age, s/he has fully remembered who s/he is and stands tall and proud. All these decades of exploring and learning, the whole journey of the New Age, now brings us to this time, the time of the mature Rainbow Warrior. S/he has developed and evolved over the past few decades and now stands strong in wisdom and knowing. The Rainbow Warrior for many brings up images of longhaired hippies in cheesecloth shirts and brightly coloured trousers, living in caravans and Volkswagens, smoking pot. That is the old image of the New Age and there is nothing wrong with it, however I feel this image is out of date. Today’s Rainbow Warriors are not often recognizable on the outside, many are in disguise holding down regular jobs and bringing up their families in suburbia. Their actions reveal who they really are, the way they gather with their fellow Rainbow Warriors reveals who they really are.

The mission of the Rainbow Warrior is to bring Peace to our planet. For decades the phrase I have used on some of the networking sites I belong to is “May Peace prevail with Love as the Key.” It is something I say to myself often and I passionately believe is the only way we can move forward into the new world and new era of Planet Earth.

Those of you who have been on this journey, take a moment to close your eyes and breathe, take a moment to connect to the Rainbow Warrior within. When you do, you will be aware of yourself in your Rainbow Warrior form (you will discover that you are about two feet taller than your physical height and broader). Remember that this is who you really are. This is why you are on the planet at this time. You came here to complete your mission, to fulfil the prophecies.

I wrote the above section of the newsletter several weeks ago, and when I was looking for the Hopi quote to slot in, I came across some information I had typed out at the beginning of the year which I had forgotten about. I don’t remember doing this at all and was amazed to find it at the very time I was writing this piece!

At the beginning of the year - and following enquiries from some members of The Healing Prayers Circle - I received a vision about creating a gathering next year to help prepare us for the events at the end of 2012 and beyond. To invite Warriors and Warrioresses of the Rainbow to gather, share and create ceremony together with a view to sending healing to the Earth Mother to assist Her and Her inhabitants, at this pivotal time in the planet’s history. If you are interested can you let me know as soon as possible, and I will start seeking venues. I am already hoping that some Elders will be able to attend if we can get enough people to come to cover their expenses. Let me know what you think.

The key for the coming month is DISCERNMENT. This is a test that many are failing at the moment. It is one of the most difficult tests on the personal development and spiritual pathway. Many think that they are receiving information from their Guides or being guided by their Higher Self when in actual fact it is their ego. You know that this is true because when you get called up on it or pulled up on it; you deny it vehemently, giving pure confirmation that it’s your ego talking. This is proof that actually your ego is running the show, not you and not Spirit. This is an ego trap, which happens when you reach a certain higher level of advancement on your pathway. It is so well hidden that you are convinced it is your higher self-giving you instruction but it isn’t. It is one of the most important lessons to master before you can successfully proceed further on your pathway. If you don’t, this false ego will lead you into all sorts of trouble and situations that will bite you on the ass in the end. A story to illustrate this:-

Many years ago when I was living deep in the countryside of England during my nomadic years, I met a woman who had given up everything and was living with her dog in her car. She said her higher self/twin flame had told her to do this. That she was on what she called her ‘vision quest’ (although she knew nothing about the correct practices involved in vision quest). I knew her for two years seeing her occasionally. Each time I saw her, her health had deteriorated further and her dog was suffering greatly. She was spending each night of each year sleeping in her old car with the dog. One of the last times I saw her, I could see that her Soul was ready to leave her body and the dog was ready to go too. I consulted one of my Elders who said that no way would the Higher Self in whatever form encourage such practice, that it was purely her ego. Despite her friends’ best efforts, she would not listen and carried on. I do not know what happened to her, but all I can remember is the suffering in her dog’s eyes.

Those who operate from ego will be immediately thinking something like; “oh that’s not me, I would never do anything like that.” Wrong, you would, because your ego just reacted in that way. It is so easy and so subtle and so hard to master this lesson.

I also received a wake-up call on this subject many years ago from one of my Elders, which put a stop to my nomadic years. I was so convinced that I was following Spirit’s direction, but it was my ego, which was afraid to stop long enough to go in deep and heal what needed healing. She shocked me to my core with her words that day. And it was life changing. I instantly took on board the lesson and within a very short space of time, my entire life was transformed into something even better than I could ever have hoped for. Sadly, there are those stuck in their ego who are not willing to dive deep enough, their fear holds them back, which is a shame as they miss out on great rewards.

Pay attention; discern everything and everyone that comes into your space. Are you failing to use your discernment by getting involved in matters that don’t really concern you? (such as other people’s dramas – which are actually nothing to do with you). Are you falling, hook line and sinker for those you feel are more spiritual and experienced than you and becoming blind to the truth of who they are? Are you failing to discern what is truth and what is ego boosting? Are you failing to discern whether something or someone is genuine? Are you failing to discern whether someone is helping you or manipulating you? It’s not easy to spot and the tests can be painful. Now is the time to improve your discernment techniques before things really start speeding up on this planet.

New Moon Blessings!

Today's New Moon in Leo (7:40pm UK) is the luckiest New Moon of 2011. It sets the energy for August – the month of creativity.

Leo says stop pushing and start creating instead.

Don’t forget to let your inner child play this month! Allow the magical, golden child within to be your creativity guide over the next four weeks. Get out of your heads and into your hearts whilst you dance in the rays of the Sun.

August = Create – Play – Love.

There is still time to write your New Moon Wish List as the New Moon doesn't 'appear' until 7:40pm tonight.

Write a list of what you most want to manifest over the coming month and beyond. Fold it and then place on your altar.

Tonight light a candle, and read it out loud to Grandmother Moon.

Believe it and you will see it.

JULY Updates

The unusual Triple Eclipse period finished Friday July 1^st with the New Moon Eclipse. Eclipses shake things up for the better and like the Goddess Kali, sometimes they have to rip out, break down and destroy what is no longer needed in order to create space for what is now needed to come in. Eclipses rip the veil of illusion away from our eyes, what we chose to overlook before we are now having to face. This can be painful. Some things and some people will be stretched to breaking point and then snap. This can also push your tolerance for where you are living, your relationships or where you are working to end point. The effect of this Triple Eclipse season will reverberate in our lives for many months to come.

This Triple Eclipse series has prepared us for the triple portal in November (11-11-11).

Many of you have embraced the challenging Eclipse energies and have accelerated your personal development and spiritual growth during this period. Unfortunately not everyone around you has. Therefore you may find yourself being shocked by the behaviour of some of the people around you. Your energy and vibration is so high now, you are carrying such joy and light. Your light illumines the dark side of those around you who are not yet ready to move on. Their behaviour towards you may be upsetting and disappointing, as you realise that you have been putting up with a lot of crap from them for longer than you realised. At the time you didn’t think it was crap, you just put it down to them being them and allowed and possibly condoned it. Now you can see the truth. Now you can see that you have to leave them behind to progress at their own rate when they are ready to. If you continue allowing them to suck your energy you will be brought right back down to their level. Do not allow anyone to feed off you, or corrupt your beautiful energy, not when you have been through so much to earn this.

The clarity you have now allows you to see just who still has their head stuck up their ass, and believe me, you do not need to be around people like that any more. You are very much needed elsewhere. Clear your pathway of them now so that you are free and open for those who truly need you.

Do not worry about those who have not shifted or moved on. They have had ample warning, they have had access to the same kind of information that you have, and they too have the ability to connect. Yet some still choose to stay stuck, the fear of moving forward is paralysing them and this will cause them all kinds of losses. Stay away (unless of course, you are a therapist being paid to help them through the process). You are needed elsewhere for those who are genuine about wanting their lives to change for the better.

Also many have been leaving the Earth plane, they have used the Eclipse energies to help them in their transition.

Many of you now understand that the Era of True Partnership is here, of community and togetherness rather than isolation and separation. This is happening on the higher levels but not quite yet in our daily 3D world, where we are witnessing more and more separation. People are still sheeple and allowing themselves to be controlled by the media and influenced by its spin. The Sheeple are still so disconnected from their own Light and inner guidance that they are becoming easier and easier to manipulate. What can we do?

There is a tremendous amount of fear around at the moment. Deep down many are aware that massive change is occurring in our personal and global lives. Some of you may find yourselves at a crossroads in your life. Some of you who moved home a few years ago thinking you would never move again, are now questioning where you are living and thinking about moving again. Others who were so sure about the direction their work is taking, suddenly realise that they are not sure at all anymore, that it may be time for something different or to work in a different way. Some are experiencing the rumblings of change in their personal relationships and friendships.

A massive rebirth is on its way and it is time to start thinking about how you really want to live out the rest of your lifetime here. What makes you happy? What would you most love to do if you had all the time and money in the world? What contribution do you want to make? What difference do you want to make? Do you want to make a difference? Or have you had enough of all the struggle and hard work and want more time to pursue the gentle hobbies that you never seem to have time to do (i.e. painting, playing music, singing, spending more time in nature etc)?

We have to make massive changes now in order to prepare for what is coming and for our futures. We really have to grow up now and stop hiding behind other people/our ‘illnesses’/other people’s crap/our excuses. We have to be spiritually mature about everything now, especially about every decision we make from now on. Check out how your body feels when you are making a decision – don’t let fear give you the wrong reading – trust your inner gut reaction. Work through the pros and cons of your decisions, when you do you will realise that actually there isn’t anything to hold you back at all, and there isn’t a good enough reason not to pursue what makes you happy.

ASCENSION SYMPTOMS

Some of you have already experienced these symptoms and some will continue to do so. As I have said before, we are on the same path but at different stages, so just take what feels right for you now, and keep the rest as future reference. Although I speak as if these things have already happened, for some they have yet to happen.

Spaciness and Dizziness

Still happening from time to time, but seems to have receded since the last Eclipse.

Aches and pains

Continued as earthquake activity increased again during the past month but these have now tailed off. Earth Sensitives are probably glad of a breather, as the physical pain you have been experiencing has been quite intense at times.

Disturbed Sleep

Throughout the whole Eclipse period leaving many feeling exhausted. Even those not consciously aware of the effect Eclipses can have were having disturbed sleep. This should settle down now, although dreaming continues to be intense with many messages coming through for us all. Write them down, however short or odd, they will make sense later in a few weeks or months.

Eyesight problems

Really blurry vision from time to time. This is a classic Ascension symptom. On the days that this is happening, stay away from the computer as much as you can. Just rest or spend time out in Nature. Your regular vision will return in a day or two. (As always, if the problem persists for a week or longer, get your eyes checked out by a qualified professional).

Chakras

Third Eye and psychic gateway at the back of the neck, ensure these are protected, and clear them using the Blue ray.

Solar Plexus – continually boost it with sunlight every day if you can, pull the energy right through ythis chakra from front to back. Keep your Solar Plexus ‘shields’ clean and fast spinning.

The key for the coming month is STAMINA. Spiritual Stamina is required. We are going to need it. And not just for the coming month, but for the journey ahead through 2012 and 2013 (as we will still be dealing with the effects of 2012 the following year) and beyond. Allow time for meditation. Some meditators have been finding it hard lately to maintain meditation. Try something different, try a standing or lying meditation, meditate outside in Nature, change your routine so that you can hit upon something that helps you to reconnect meditatively. Open daily to receiving spiritual nourishment from Source in whatever way you can. This can still happen as you go about your day-to-day activities (you don’t need to sit on a cushion waiting for it to happen!), as so much is happening on the higher levels in ways so subtle that you don’t even notice.
