The planets certainly kicked some butts last month (and it is still happening for some folks), talk about a wake up call! If you sailed through last month, count yourself lucky. Many were shocked out of complacency by challenges on one or several levels; job, money, relationship, living accommodation, car, health. Ah yes, health issues hit a lot of Lightworkers, Therapists and Healers as the Universe found ways to make them stop for a few weeks (or months).
With all that has been going on around our world, it is no wonder that in our own personal sphere things have to change too. There has been so much uncertainty and unpredictability leading to destabilization. Grounding was a challenge for many and continues to be. I cannot emphasise enough how important it is to stay in your body! Things accelerate and get worse if you are half out of your body. Stay in it, grit your teeth and tackle each problem one by one as it comes up. I totally understand that some events can bring you to your knees; leaving you wondering WTF is it all for? But out of the darkest days, the darkest heaviest energy, comes the most brilliant illumination and clarity. It is an opportunity to get back on the right track, to make things right again (in whatever area/s need it). There is always a gem in the dirt; the trick is being able to find it before you completely fall apart lol!
Some of you have already experienced these symptoms and some will continue to do so. As I have said before, we are on the same path but at different stages, so just take what feels right for you now, and keep the rest as future reference. Although I speak as if these things have already happened, for some they have yet to happen.
Spaciness and Dizziness
These seem to be a regular occurrence every week now, as earthquakes continue around the world. The dizziness at times felt like Cosmic Jetlag and you might need to sit down for a few minutes until it passes.
Aches and pains
Some Lightworkers experienced pain from head to toe, particularly in their bones. If you are an Earth Sensitive this is very much to do with what is happening to Mother Earth’s bones, the earth plates are continually shifting and cracking and this is mirrored in our bodies. Use nutrition and supplements (like MSM and glucosamine sulphate) and exercise like yoga, to help your body remain supple and strong. Many empaths have been feeling bone weary as if they are carrying the weight of the world on their own. You need to remember that you have a massive pair of wings on your back, shake them out and give them a flutter so that you can become light again. (If you find the heavy energy difficult to shift, use our ‘Violet Flame’ spray mist and invocation, I guarantee it will shift it).
Accidents and Mishaps
Continued for many because they were not fully grounded and not fully embodying their lives. This is something we all need to be a bit more aware of, especially when the earth changes are happening, the symptoms can distract us and we forget to check our grounding. We need to be fully present at all times.
Crown and Third Eye incredibly sensitive at the moment. The effect of last month’s powerful Full Moon is still being felt by many, as the lunar downloads continue and this has been causing sensitivity in the Third Eye. Heart chakra not surprisingly is sensitive from time to time as we process all that is going on. Apply a drop of Rose essential oil to your heart chakra to help ease it. If your Solar Plexus is feeling tender or sensitive apply two drops of St. John’s Wort oil and massage in a sunwise circular motion.
Once again ranging from prophetic to nightmares to receiving teachings etc. I had a lovely dream the other night. The gorgeous guy who plays The Mentalist was taking me to all these interesting places and introducing me to different groups. He was as twinkly and charming as he is in the programme and I was thoroughly enjoying myself until my husband woke me out of the dream with his snoring! L
Continues as we bounce from one lesson to another, from one event to another, from one symptom to another. We are being sorely tested at the moment. Some of you Old Souls are weary of tests and have spent your whole life being tested and you have had enough. Just know that all the painful stuff is making way for your diamond bright spirituality to shine through even stronger. It is polishing up your inner diamond so that your light can shine even more brightly. Hang on in there, please remember you are not alone in this, we are all wading through sh*t of one kind of another! If it gets too much, pick up the ‘phone or email someone who understands.
It is always darkest before dawn. And for those going through the Dark Nights the light is once more returning. Stuff will still happen, and yes, earth changes and political and financial stuff will still happen too. It is all part of the predictions. The great advantage you have is that you know what is going on. And you also have the tools to deal with it (refer to your ‘Ascension Tips’ book for details). Change and refine your spiritual practices so that they match what you need right now - what you have been doing for a while may be not be what you need any more, you may need something else. Change your diet and improve your nutrition, we still have radiation to deal with (albeit in diluted form) so we need to keep our immune systems strong. Take advantage of the weather and do more walking and outdoor sports. Let the sun recharge your cells, get as much of it as you can – at least 20 mins a day without sunscreen – be sensible, don’t burn though.

The key for the coming month is BREATHING. The recent pressures and stresses often make us forget to breathe. Stop, drop your shoulders and take three deep breaths right now. Doesn’t that feel better? I too am guilty of this, especially if I am rushing to finish something on the computer. I have also been making a point of breathing in the sea air when I am down on the beach or the fresh air when walking in the countryside. Every time I go outside I remind myself to breathe the air. I consciously stretch my rib cage further and further. Sitting at a desk most of the day makes my rib cage contract and go small which inhibits my breathing. I use stretch exercises at my desk as well as breathing exercises to re-oxygenate myself every hour or so. Breath of Life, Breath of Spirit, Breath of Light, Breath of Love – breathe them all in and out of you. Focus on the breath to calm yourself before your daily meditations. If something upsetting is happening, try and remember to breathe before you respond.
