SEPTEMBER Update

Well what an interesting month August was! From New Moon to New Moon (July to August) I have been shadow dancing through the weeks. At times it has been really intense, at others as if I had never set foot on my spiritual pathway. This was frightening and disorientating. I kept thinking I had surrendered to it but deep down I was resisting it, deep down I still wanted to be in control of my life. My ego mind could not cope with not being in control and the surrender took almost four weeks. I went into the Cave of Fears (as I call it) and was shown every fear I have that needed to be healed and released. And yes, even more layers of stuff I was so convinced I had dealt with. This was not a quick process as there were many monsters in that cave!

So still deeper I went, so much was being stripped away, so many old memories, faces, issues were being shown to me, my behaviour, their behaviour, it was Shaman’s Death time. The last time this happened and I was stripped to my core was nearly 12 years ago. This time it felt different, this was very much an inside job (back then it was my external life). This was deep stuff. And then the depression started and the deepest sadness would come upon me and I couldn’t lift it whatever I tried. Such a journey, such a dance with my shadow and ego these past few weeks.

Suddenly the fabulous wave I had been riding, where everything was flowing and growing crashed. All the fabulous busyness came to a sudden stop. The thing is I knew it was coming, because such are the cycles of life, you ride the wave, the wave peaks and then it has to crash so that you can integrate all that has gone on with that ride, the lull is necessary to prepare and build for the next wave that comes in.

And such valuable lessons are learned through stopping, through rest and rejuvenation. It reveals where we are out of balance, where we have been too much left brain and not enough right brain (or for the LaLa Bunnies, too much right brain and not enough left brain!). It is a reminder that the ego is not in control, a greater power is. And yes I know you know that, I thought I knew that. If you think for one minute that you have dealt with your ego and got it sussed, then watch out.

Many try to fight the lull when it happens, and keep pushing and pushing but that is like trying to push a heavy load uphill and it won’t work. In fact nothing seems to work any more, it gets harder and harder to make things happen, because you are meant to be resting and integrating not doing and pushing. This ebb and flow, peak and trough cycle happens at different times for all of us and is very much a personal cycle (although obviously we are also influenced by planetary activity).

Even though it may seem boring after the ‘high’ of the peak wave, we must respect the lull and follow its instructions. If we don’t, we will be too depleted to really take advantage of the next big wave/ride that is on its way to us. The lull gives us time to think about the things that went right and the things that went wrong, about what we need to change, about what we need to clear because it/they no longer serve our goals or us.

And I know that I haven’t been alone in this process, many of my colleagues, friends and clients have been going through similar experiences. Throughout this deep process, I have been shown new healing techniques and tools which I have used on myself during this healing process, and which I am now using with my clients. Contact me if you would like further info). One thing I can promise you is that it is worth it. It is as if we are diamonds that have been handpicked by The Creator, and we have to go through a painful process in order for our brilliance to be revealed. Believe me, it is worth the pain and taking the time out to do it, because you will emerge reborn as a brilliant new version of yourself and you will feel stronger than you have ever felt before.

If you need your ego stroking then you are on a hiding to nothing, because the ego will want more and more stroking, it is never satisfied. It is also not real. Whilst a little flattery now and then doesn’t harm, if you need others to make you feel better all the time then you are looking outside yourself for validation, (Facebook addiction is a perfect example) and you have forgotten that all you need is within you and has always been there.

It will be interesting to see what wonders September will bring. I sure hope the energies ease up on us a bit, many have been diving deep with their shadow and doing some really deep healing work. Everyone has been feeling a bit knackered these past few weeks!

Indeed many Lightworkers are being tested re where they are putting their attention. If we are not being fully present, then accidents happen. Breaking my toe is a perfect example, a friend locked her car keys in the car and had never done that before and I could list a whole page of examples that have happened to friends, family, colleagues and clients over the past few weeks. And it is still going on for some folks, who haven’t yet cottoned on to what is happening.

The shift is definitely hitting the fan at the moment. So it is a good time to power up your Bullsh*t Alarms and Discernment Detectors. This is where many are failing at the moment. They are falling hook line and sinker for those who talk the talk, but 95% of these don’t actually walk their talk, they are dabblers and they are dangerous. As you go higher on your spiritual and personal pathway, so the tests become harder and are well disguised. There is a reason for this. Apart from the astoundingly valuable lessons you will learn from when you have been caught out. You have to get tougher. Forget the fluffy stuff, as you ascend you must be more discerning about who you share your energy with and whose energy you allow to enter your space. There is so much bullsh*t out there in the name of spirituality that it’s enough to make me throw up. I am blessed with a very good Bullsh*t Alarm and can spot it miles away, I have an internal bell that goes off in my head and I immediately know. I wasn’t born with this; it was developed over decades of hard lessons. Cotton on to this before you have to have too many hard lessons to wise you up. Discernment is the really hard one, as you grow and ascend on your pathway. You understand that we are all connected, and you tend to see the good in everyone which is when it gets dangerous. I am constantly working on my Discernment Detector. I do tend to see the good in people and only want the very best for them, so I will support them in whatever way I can. Unfortunately a percentage of these people are not so honourable, they are users. For example, recently some have taken bits from my Newsletter and Blog and make out that is their own channellings. They have done the same thing with my Facebook wall updates! This saddens me. They have enough talent to be able to share their own channellings and downloads with the world, why pinch what I do? And they are crazy to do that in this age where karma is so quick, ‘cos it will bite them on the bum eventually.

We are being stripped to our core to prepare us for next year and beyond. I urge you not to resist this process when it happens to you or it will affect how things pan out for you over the coming years. We are being made stronger through these processes, as we have to be the strong ones when the sh*t really hits the fan, we are the ones that others will turn to and so we need to be strong and ready.

Time has speeded up so much over this decade. The time is now. No more rehearsals, the dress rehearsal is over – it’s show time people! We have got to wake up the masses so that the shift can happen in a positive rather than negative way.

For many years I have been recommending that you don’t get caught up in all the 2012 hype, I have been saying that we are in the thick of it right now (and surely all the events of this year should confirm that to you). I recently received confirmation of this from Maestro Tlakaelel (Tolteca/Mexica spiritual leader of the Mexican people), he was at a gathering with other Mayan Elders who all agreed “nothing big is going to happen in 2012”. Hopefully someone will be able to transcribe the talk they had, and I will of course share this with you, should it cross my path. Research indicates that this speeding up of time will reach a peak around about 28^th October 2011, this year, which correlates with what the Elders have been saying more recently and confirms what I have been saying that we are right in the thick of it, now, this year. So be prepared for things getting a lot worse before they get better.

The dark forces are starting to lose the battle but they will not give up without a fight. Sort out the dark forces within you, face the monsters and the demons and get rid of them through healing and clearing, that will stop them acting out in your life and perpetuating the negative energy caught on the mass consciousness level. Unity Consciousness is growing, as more and more of us want to gather in groups and circles and work together for the good of All Our Relations.

Allow inspiration about this to come to you, it might be something completely different to anything you were planning to do. Become a clear, empty vessel ready for filling with Divine guidance to be of service now to help our planet and all our relations on it, to transform and transcend to the new world, the new way of living and being.

Last Hopi Prophecy

From the late Chief Dan Evehema, the eldest Hopi who passed over in 1998, the last Hopi prophecies:

" We will see extraordinary events in Nature and Earth, including humans who will come as messengers. And in the heavens the Kachinas will be making their presence known hoping that we would turn things around here even in the last minute. For there are those coming who will not be friendly towards
us. We have always known of these beings. Some of them live beneath the Earth”.

Does his reference to Kachinas mean our Alien relations? Or to the prophecy about the Blue Star Kachina?

All Spring and Summer during my morning prayers outside, I have been asked by Spirit/Creator/whatever you want to call it, to send love and healing deep down into the core of the Earth. I was shown that there are good Beings down there doing their best to help keep Mother Earth together and that they could really use our help. I was shown deep down where there are many fractures and breaks and these Beings who love and adore our Earth Mother are doing their best to help hold it all together. I didn't see any unfriendly Beings there (as mentioned in the Hopi prophecy). I was also shown that the greed for taking crystals out of the Earth has led to a lot of problems with causing Her to become unstable, the greed of the New Age movement for crystals over the decades has caused a lot of damage that these New Agers are not even aware of.

Chief Dan’s final prophecy continues:-

"If this fails to materialize it will be because our great Creator elected to do this in another way, and then the forces of nature will do the task. It could be total destruction in many forms then. Very few will survive.

The liberators will come from the west with great force. They will drop down from the skies like rain. They will have no mercy. They will light up the heavens. We must not get on the housetops to watch. They will shake us by our ears, like children who have been bad. This will be the final decisive battle between good and evil. This battle will cleanse the hearts of people and restore our Mother Earth from illness, and the wicked will be gotten rid of.

Now we enter the time of testing that only the Great Creator can confirm. We will know the time by the alignment of the planets; we are so kindly informed about the stars by the star watchers, and the Hopi have awaited this event. The stars are our clock, and they cannot be altered. We were told that when the end time is near we would see a halo of mist beginning to appear around the heavenly bodies. Four times this mist will appear around the Sun as a warning that we must reform or perish.

Over and over again we are reminded that it all is a matter of choice. We have the power to change things and turn them around. When those from the stars appear, first they will observe, then they will forewarn, then they will come, and more than just the Hopi see this occurring in force. When they come it will be direct intervention, perhaps as an intervention to help us save our planet from total and inevitable self-destruction if we have turned around the cycles of behavior, and negative thinking that is causing our own suffering.

May you walk softly upon this Earth and find yourself once again. That is what you came here to remember. May you reclaim your power, and remember your humanity. You are not without hope and assistance from supreme forces, but you are out of time. You must take action now. The time for contemplation is over.

Perhaps we have indeed all been focusing too much on 2012, it has become the New Age buzz for the past few years. Do we not realise that this planet may die not as a result of an unexpected apocalypse next year, but due to the tragic apocalypse that has been slowly created over decades by our governments? Perpetuating war when it has shown over and over that it is a model that doesn’t work. Perpetuating greed by the USA instigating the oil wars, manipulating through the media so that their own people have a biased perception of what is happening in the world. Perpetuating disrespect for people by the way the people of Haiti are still homeless for example, that people on Indian reservations are still being poisoned because of what has been put into their land. That people in Africa and Somalia are still starving despite funding from a variety of worldwide charities. Perpetuating fear through a myriad of sources including TV advertising (you must have insurance for this that and the other or your family/dog will suffer). The list is endless! The one common denominator of them all is that the government in the relevant country doesn’t actually give a stuff about its people.

We have to wake up the masses; they are not waking up fast enough. The recent riots in the UK showed us how quick and easy it was to manipulate the sheeple into behaving badly, Hitler did it and it wouldn’t take much for another Hitler to do the same thing. People have got to start thinking for themselves, turn up their Discernment Detectors and Bullsh*t Alarms, and learn to stand on their own two feet without thinking that the world owes them something.

In order to protect the innocents, awakening of the masses is paramount; we are running out of time. I have been saying over and over for many years, don’t bother sending healing to Mother Earth; She knows exactly what She is doing. You must send the healing, light and love to the Earth’s inhabitants, because only they can effect the changes needed to save our planet. For a smooth transition into the New World to happen, we need to really focus our efforts on healing the thoughtforms (the air element) of the masses, we need to send love to their hearts (literally visualize love energy going into the hearts of millions of people, start with your street and expand it through your town, your county/state, your country etc), and blast everywhere with pure white light. The dark cannot survive where there is light.

As Lightworkers, we need to ensure that we are radiating this powerful Light at all times. We are now beacons of Light wherever we go. Strengthen your Light from the inside so that it can radiate powerfully from you. This is not the time to hide your light under a bushel; it’s time to amp up the battery and send out a powerful beam. We are sending a message that the Light cannot be stopped, because Love is the key, and as Rainbow Warriors we are now enacting our missions, the reason we came here. So don’t let anyone or anything get you down. If you do feel yourself going into a process, don’t suppress or override it, go into it and deal with it, that way you will come out of it quicker and be able to carry on being a Beacon of Light even stronger than before. There will be the occasional thing or person that tries to stop you, but they can’t, not any more, we have grown too much and become very powerful. Focus on Light and see what darkness you can melt away with your beautiful loving Light.

ASCENSION SYMPTOMS

Some of you have already experienced these symptoms and some will continue to do so. As I have said before, we are on the same path but at different stages, so just take what feels right for you now, and keep the rest as future reference. Although I speak as if these things have already happened, for some they have yet to happen.

Spaciness and Dizziness

Got really bad for some as earthquakes and volcano activity increased. This trend continues. This has also been accompanied by nausea for some Sensitives, most unpleasant. This is because you are very connected to the undulating waves of the constantly moving and changing Earth energies. Thank God/dess for mint and ginger!

Aches and pains

From head to toe for some Sensitives. The areas that ache or crack can also relate to your personal process as well as the Earth energies you are picking up. Use plenty of olive oil in your salads and cooking, if your bones feel stiff and keep cracking, and also take some Vit E supplements. Massage your skin with Almond oil (or Rice Bran oil if you have nut allergies) so that your body can absorb the Vit E from the oils through your skin as well as internally. Your skin will feel so soft and the massage will also help any aching muscles.

Disturbed Sleep

The build up to the recent Full and New Moons were horrendous for some folks who were only getting 3-4 hours sleep each night (even my hubby has been affected). Some days you get up but feel so tired that a couple of hours later all you want to do is go back to bed to sleep. Give yourself permission to do this if you can, you may find that you receive incredible downloads about your life and way forward. This trend continues for those who are sensitive.

Dreams: Oh my, such dreaming at the moment. Many are processing as part of their healing process and the psyche is bringing up many archetypes in the dreams. These reflect unhealed aspects of your self, so may present as nightmares. Don’t forget to close down and put your protection in place every night before you go to sleep. Others are receiving incredible premonitions and messages at the moment, write them all down!

Chakras

Take your pick! Again, it depends on your personal process, also many have complained of pressure in their Crown and Third Eye chakras. And protect your Solar Plexus, there is a lot of crappy stuff happening at the moment and you really do not need to take anyone else’s chaos or projections on board.

Healing

Deep healing continues for many during the current phase of our Ascension journey together. Get the help you need (if you are not sure what you need, contact me and I will help you to work out what is best for you at this time). Rest, eat well, drink plenty of water, meditate and keep up your spiritual practices. Retreat from the world if you need to whilst you are dealing with stuff and healing, they can cope without you for a short while. This really is a good time to focus on you and your needs.

The key for the coming month is HARMONY. Harmony is essential if we are to survive the journey we are all on. We all know that harmony is needed amongst the masses and in many countries, so how can we achieve that? Use your skills as a Lightworker, raise your own vibration and find harmony within, build harmony into all of your relationships (and heal the ones that are currently disharmonious). Live a life of beauty, simplicity and harmony. You have the power to live a harmonious life. Find your inner harmony, your inner song (as my Aboriginal Elders call it), and sing your Dreams awake and manifest them. You are incredibly powerful now, so own it and use it for the Greater Good. You can improve your inner harmony by cleansing and gentle detoxing in your nutrition, by taking essences, by surrounding yourself with lovely music and the harmonious vibration of flowers. Use a bell or tingshas to ring harmony into your home especially after you have been cleaning and re-arranging. I often do this in our bedroom; it clears any thoughtforms from dreamtime that may have got stuck in the corners. Sing, so that the Universe can respond to the personal vibration of your voice. Bring harmony into the workplace and any groups you are a part of. Visualize yourself as a Being of Harmony, feel it resonating through your entire body and every cell. Visualize our world as vibrating in united harmony and consciously use all of these tools for Gaia, feel Her vibration being raised and together we will bring harmony to our world.

NEW MOON Blessings and update

For the past three nights (during the Dark Nights of the Moon) I have dreamt about death, lots of death. Yet, in one of these dreams there was a beautiful baby that I was protecting, this baby was full of joy and luminous with light. How symbolic for this moon phase!

And all week as I was downloading more info about this special New Moon, I kept hearing the phrase “Be careful what you wish for”.

As you prepare your New Moon Wish List, you do indeed need to be very careful what you wish for this time, as it will affect your life for months ahead (in fact right into July 2012). So you need to really think about what your intentions are, what commitments you are going to make, what actions you are going to take etc. And you must be willing to accept the consequences as they unfold between now and July next year. Be careful what new karma you are creating.

The fire of the moon may have been making some of you feel very impulsive, so stop, breathe and think before committing your intention or taking action. For others this fire will have been most welcome, as it will have fired you up creatively and inspirationally as you work on what you are ready to birth into the world now.

This Virgo moon encourages us to be more service oriented, ask the questions:-

“How can I help?”

“How can I be of service more?”

Focus on your strengths, on becoming more disciplined and organized (I know this influence has had many of us clearing clutter like you would not believe!)

Be very precise and detailed in your communications with the Universe (especially any requests that you are making to the Universe). If you are not sure, then wait for clarity. Do not proceed until you have this clarity. If you aren’t sure then the Universe responds equally, if you are sending out mixed messages then the Universe will reciprocate equally. The Universe responds directly to the vibration that you are sending out, so think before sending out, as this time it will have long term repercussions.

Stop being reactionary in your life, it’s time to drop all that ego led knee jerk stuff. Stop, breathe and think before acting in response to something that has happened. Particularly if you feel that someone is judging you or criticizing you. Ask the question “what is the lesson here?” Remember we are supposed to be Spiritual grown-ups now.

This is a time when service is the priority in our world. It is time to be humble and practice humility. It is time to give thanks for what you do have, right now, where you are. Stay away from those who brag a lot, who are loud about who they are, show-offy, the ego crowd. Stay well away from them. Step into your own humility and radiate love towards them, as they are demonstrating publicly their inner insecurities and what they most need is love. If you find you have the urge to brag (and believe me, there is nothing wrong with celebrating yourself and successes, I insist on it!) just check in with yourself, what part of you needs to brag or act out by being braggy? Ask the question, “Am I celebrating or am I bragging?” Rein that ego in and check with the humble, deeply spiritual part of yourself. Master this over the coming month and you are well set up for the journey through to next July.

Believe in yourself, know yourself, be yourself. Believe in you and do it with humility and the purity of being in service. This is part of the shift we are all experiencing.

This is why I have been saying for months now, that the so-called new marketing systems are already out of date. Things have moved so fast this year. It’s not easy balancing this when many of you are working in competitive fields and need to remain visible. Watch out for those jumping on the spiritual bandwagon and proclaiming to be working in a more spiritual way. I can assure you, 95% of them are dabbling with it and don’t have any real respect for it, they are using it as a new leverage tool for their marketing. They talk the talk but they don’t walk their talk – big difference!

The age of materialism is dead; this is the Age of Humanitarianism. Of being in service and this is the energy/theme that will guide us right through to July next year, in our lives and the life of our planet. We need to wake the masses up fast, and the best way we can do that is by example. By living and being the highest aspect of ourselves 24-7, 7 days a week in our daily lives, we will help to raise their vibration plus they will want to know our secret!

If you find yourself slipping, and we will because we’re in a human body, don’t beat yourself up; you have enough tools now to be able to get back on track quickly these days.

One of the greatest lessons on your personal pathway is that when you reach a certain level of advancement, your ego becomes a real trickster. When you think you are receiving information from your guides/higher self, it may be a higher aspect of your ego. It takes someone else to point this out to you. You will not be able to see this because you are already in your own way. So many of my clients have made terrible decisions convinced that this is what Spirit/their Guides/the Universe has told them, and it has really smacked them in the face further down the line. This is particularly relevant if you have important decisions to make and there is a lot of emotion involved. Your emotions will stuff up your ability to dowse correctly or hear Spirit clearly, because your ego’s desire is to justify itself, it wants to hear “yeah go right ahead”. But that may not be the best way forward for you. Like I said before, if you have even the slightest doubt about something, wait for clarity and if you need help, seek it from someone who is spiritually mature, grounded and clear. On the plus side, although ‘mistakes’ might be made, there are no mistakes just lessons, and all of it is useful.

This important New Moon brings a massive change, a turning in our lives, it provides us with a burst of creativity to fire our new projects and dreams, as we are reborn like the Phoenix, rising from the ashes of the old and ascending into our new form.

If you truly love our planet, if you truly care about humanity, then it is time to step up, commit and take action to make a difference. The time for preparing for the next seven generations is now. This week make contact with your favourite charities, lookaround your community, and see how you can make a difference, even in a small way. How can the groups you belong to unite to make a massive difference?

If you truly love yourself, then you will honour your sacred body temple, you will nourish your Divine Spirit within, your will honour your emotions, and you will be master/mistress of your mind. You are now stepping into your Greater Self, as part of the Great Oneness, the Great Love.

Immerse yourself fully in the deliciousness of this New Moon energy (which will remain potent for Wish Lists for the next three days).

NEW MOON Update

If you are still finding life a bit stressful, or you still have that strange kind of pressure building up inside you, then it is because the Grand Cross has been reactivated in the sky, and this always makes things feel a bit more intense.

We are already building up to the New Moon on Sunday/Monday (UK New Moon in Virgo 4:04am BST Monday). Although the Moon is on the wane, the intensity certainly hasn’t waned for some since the recent Full Moon. Over the past year, New Moons have been equally as powerful as Full Moons at this point on our Ascension ride.

New Moons mark the end of the old month before we birth the new month ahead. This New Moon is about getting real. It is time for the LaLa Bunnies and Spiritual Dabblers to grow up and take their heads out of their purple covered asses. It is not about using spirituality as escapism any more, as that will no longer work for these away-with-the-fairies folks. You have to get real and learn to integrate the spiritual with the mundane just like everyone else.

It is time to take responsibility for yourself, your life and the future of this planet. Virgo is practical and organized, so we are being given the extra help to get ourselves organized for the month ahead and for our imminent and future success.

The dark nights of the Moon on Thurs/Fri/Sat will make you feel more tired than usual. The magnetic pull of the Earth Mother pulls you towards Her as it is time to go within and reflect on the month that is now ending. It is a time for going inwards, resting and reflecting - not pushing.

Here is a visualization that my Elders used with me many times, which you may find helpful for this New Moon:-

Monday’s New Moon is a fire moon.

Visualize stepping into the fire and allow the flames to burn away all that is old, the old you. Allow the flames to transmute all that you have been. Your clothes will burn away as a symbol of burning away all that no longer suits who you have become or who you are becoming. (This process will not hurt, it is liberating and freeing). When you can feel that the process has finished, step out of the flames. You will be wearing new clothes, you will feel lighter and freer than you have done for some time and you will be reborn like the Phoenix.

FULL MOON Madness

The astrological conditions – Mercury retrograde, Mars etc, the Grand Cross and solar flares (bombarding the planet affecting our electrical energy), have all created the feeling within of being like a pressure cooker ready to explode and the pressure has intensified for some as we build up to tomorrow’s Full Moon.

As you have seen on the news, some couldn’t cope with the building pressure and acted it out in violence and civil unrest. Yep the loony times started early this month.

The good news is that this intense pressure will ease from Monday as the Moon goes on the wane.

Saturday’s Full Moon asks us to think about our role within our communities; local, national, global and cosmic. We are being given the opportunity to re-think our lifestyles and choices and perhaps aim our sights higher, to choose something more deeply rewarding than what seems superficially exciting.

Whilst recent events may have left you feeling wobbly and unstable (and this will continue through to next week, as full moons always make us feel more emotional), you are being asked to raise your vibration in yourself and every aspect of your life. This is a time for aiming higher. Not putting up and shutting up, not leaving yourself last but putting yourself first. It’s a time to think about how you really want to live and the way you want to be a part of your communities. If you are feeling unfulfilled in some area of your life, then this is your opportunity to make the necessary adjustments so that you can Be your true, authentic, unique and original Self in our world. It is time to put your needs first.

Be patient with yourself and others, you now know what is going on but they may not and so may still be acting out or projecting, ensure you are nowhere near their firing line and maintain your protection.

Raise your vibration, be ready and open for the opportunities that are available through this month and next by working with the New and Full Moons (which are the triggers for these opportunities) and let the Universe handle the details.

Drop the fear, whatever drama is being played out on your local or world stage. Focus on yourself and keeping your vibration raised. Drop all fear now. It is safe for you to make the decisions you need to make. Be clear about what you want (if you are struggling with that, leave it until clarity appears, instead busy yourself with catching up with outstanding jobs and chores or go out with friends and have fun).

It is about moving from fear to love, we have to move back into love and in a bigger way now if we are all to survive the events and scenarios on our planet and in our lives. Love is the greatest weapon of all. If you are in your heart and acting from love, nothing can touch you, you are so protected by the Greater Love. Attune to the Greater Love and ask it to help you. (Massage a drop of Rose essential oil into your heart chakra every day to help you with this attunement).

All month I have been getting the message that this is the time for authenticity, that the bullsh*t and spiritual bollocks has got to go. People can no longer bullsh*t their way to prosperity, love, sucess or anything else, because we can now see behind their masks. The masks are falling away and this is terrifying for some people, they are terrified of being exposed and so will try and hold on tighter and manipulate you more. Drop them like a hot coal. They are working from a lower vibration and have enough of their own sh*t to sort out, you don’t have to take that on or sort it out, you have got better things to do.

As many of you know, I am a huge fan of Mike Dooley’s Daily Notes from The Universe, this quote sums it up:-

AUGUST Updates

Welcome to August, the last Moon of Summer.

Well, no sooner had I sent out last month’s newsletter, than the build up to the next phase started as solar and magnetic storms started to hit our planet. Dreaminess, spaceyiness and the inability to concentrate returned. As I have said before, this is all part of the cosmic rollercoaster ride that we are on at the moment. The brief interludes of calm are becoming shorter as the Ascension pressures increase. So make the most of the days that feel relatively ‘normal’ and take it easy on the energy fluctuation days. Some days the effects are so strong that they can affect the electrical circuitry in your body, get some healing or do some EFT on yourself to ensure that your meridians are flowing in the right way.

The Great Transition has begun. Many are moving home (some are moving countries), many are changing jobs, changing relationships etc. This year is the year of change and it is in full swing. It is the year for being placed where you most need to be for 2012 and beyond.

Remember a few months ago I said that our Arrows would fly free? Well for many they are flying higher than they have ever flown before! For those who have done the work, there are no limits. Many have being going for it even ahead of the planetary support that lined up over the past month to give us the green light.

Internally, The Great Transition has been taking place in deep and powerful ways. More of you are now stepping into your power, fully and completely, and no longer have fear about the responsibility this entails. You are now ready to show your face to the world and say “I am here and I am ready!” Others are not quite there yet; they still have more lessons to learn and clearing to do. And there are some who will never fully step into their power. And worst of all, there are those who think they have stepped into their power but they are totally operating out of ego. Just focus on yourself. Keep clearing, refining and purifying. The Great Transition is enabling those who are ready to step into being of service to humanity, to take their rightful places now. As I have said before, there is nothing and no-one who can hold you back now.

And yes, adjustments will have to be made, we are evolving continually and no-one knows for sure what is really going on, as this has never happened before. Ascension symptoms will continue until the Earth’s transition has completed (by 2015 although things will not settle until 2020). You have knowledge of how to deal with Ascension symptoms by now through your “Ascension Tips” book and this newsletter.

Be aware that others will not know or understand about The Great Transition, they will be overwhelmed by the upheaval in their lives and some will be floundering. They are the ones that most need healing energy sent their way as well as love and peace, to help ease the fear and uncertainty that they are feeling. You will also need to be careful around those who are not aware, as they may project their fears at you. Keep your protection practices up. As well as that, false prophets and spiritual dabblers will be revealed now for who they really are, and we need to be very careful of them. My guidance has been warning me that we all need to keep our protection up well past 2012, and that the New World won't be settled with its new energies etc until 2020. We are in the dark days of the Final Battle, and unfortunately there will still be negativity around for a while yet. Luckily we know how to rise above it!

Manifestation is happening very quickly now, for some almost as soon as you send the request out the Universe provides it. So be very careful what you are thinking. Are you focusing on the positive? On what you want rather than don’t want? Are you moaning or complaining about what is going on with people, your life, the world? Focus on what’s right and what you want and forget the rest.

We are now blossoming into our full potential. Many who felt shy about stepping out more publicly are really stepping up now. They have done the work; they are ready to take their place on the world stage, to be of service in a bigger and more expansive way. This is the time we have been waiting for. This is what all the hard work has been about. If you have done the work, then nothing can stop you now unless you let it. Be aware of creating ULPs when you take that leap, because as I know personally, they always manifest as a test and are self created as our old beliefs and patterns come up to try and sabotage our new success. Once you recognise it is an ULP, and what that ULP is about, it then disappears as quickly as it came.

ASCENSION SYMPTOMS

Some of you have already experienced these symptoms and some will continue to do so. As I have said before, we are on the same path but at different stages, so just take what feels right for you now, and keep the rest as future reference. Although I speak as if these things have already happened, for some they have yet to happen.

Spaciness and Dizziness

Still happening as earthquake activity has increased.

Aches and pains

Vary depending on the earth’s movements. A lot of people experiencing sore, painful ankles with swelling for some. There have also been lots of ankle and foot injuries over the past month, everyone I spoke to knows someone who has had an accident.

Infections

A spate of chest infections is sweeping the country which is weird considering it is summer. Lots of theories i.e. people not wrapping up against the cold winds which have accompanied some of the hot weather, and others think it is to do with chem trails, it is often to do with not expressing emotions.

Disturbed Sleep

Powerful dreamtime happening for many at the moment, with much teaching and prophecy happening. Keep a note in your dream journal, however short or insignificant the dream may seem.

Reading and Writing and Speaking

Some may find that they go through a stage where they seem to have the inability to speak properly. This is because suddenly English does not feel like your native tongue. This happens when you are particularly well attuned and connected to the Fifth Dimension. When you are spending time in the New World you come back and have difficulty in forming words and often don’t even want to use words or have to speak.

The same happens when reading or writing English, it has been a long time since this has happened on the Ascension highway and always indicated a massive shift in energy is happening.

Chakras

Person-specific as many continue to clear at deeper levels than ever before.

Pressure Cooker

From time to time and especially around the phases of the Moon the pressure can really build up, not just energetically but also in your body until you feel like a pressure cooker ready to explode. Sit with it and work out what the pressure is about. It will ease once the Moon moves into Her next phase. It doesn’t last long.

Change of Direction

Many will be experiencing sudden changes of direction in their lives. Bolts from out of the blue, sudden and unexpected opportunities that can completely change the course of your life and work.

Healing

There is massive self healing going on at the moment as many advanced Lightworkers prepare themselves for the next stage of their journey. They are stepping up in a much bigger way than they have ever done before because they are so needed by this world at this time. It is wonderful that old stuff is finally being healed and freeing you from your past so that your arrow can continue to fly onwards and upwards. (BTW - beware anyone that actually says out loud that they think they are healed – stay well away – if they were totally healed they would not need to still be on this planet!)

Finally

We all know the expression Rainbow Warriors; it has been part of the New Age for decades now. But did you know where it originated from? It originated from the Hopi Indians in their following quote:-

“When the earth is dying there shall arise a new tribe of all colors and of all creeds. This tribe shall be called "The Warriors of the Rainbow" and it will put its faith in actions not words. "The Warriors of the Rainbow" shall spread these messages and teach all peoples of the Earth. They will teach them how to live the "Way of the Great Spirit". The tasks of these "Warriors of the Rainbow" are many and great. There will be terrifying mountains of ignorance to conquer and they shall find prejudice and hatred. They must be dedicated, unwavering in their strength, and strong of heart. They will find willing hearts and minds that will follow them on this road of returning "Mother Earth" to beauty and plenty once more”. -- Ancient Hopi Prophesy

Now really is the time of the Rainbow Warrior. The Rainbow Warrior does not resist, the Rainbow Warrior allows with wisdom. The Rainbow Warrior does not waste words instead preferring to act instead of speaking. The Rainbow Warrior does not need to be right, and prefers the value of silence. The Rainbow Warrior does not fight, the Rainbow Warrior uses Love as his/her weapon instead.

The Rainbow Warrior has now come of age, s/he has fully remembered who s/he is and stands tall and proud. All these decades of exploring and learning, the whole journey of the New Age, now brings us to this time, the time of the mature Rainbow Warrior. S/he has developed and evolved over the past few decades and now stands strong in wisdom and knowing. The Rainbow Warrior for many brings up images of longhaired hippies in cheesecloth shirts and brightly coloured trousers, living in caravans and Volkswagens, smoking pot. That is the old image of the New Age and there is nothing wrong with it, however I feel this image is out of date. Today’s Rainbow Warriors are not often recognizable on the outside, many are in disguise holding down regular jobs and bringing up their families in suburbia. Their actions reveal who they really are, the way they gather with their fellow Rainbow Warriors reveals who they really are.

The mission of the Rainbow Warrior is to bring Peace to our planet. For decades the phrase I have used on some of the networking sites I belong to is “May Peace prevail with Love as the Key.” It is something I say to myself often and I passionately believe is the only way we can move forward into the new world and new era of Planet Earth.

Those of you who have been on this journey, take a moment to close your eyes and breathe, take a moment to connect to the Rainbow Warrior within. When you do, you will be aware of yourself in your Rainbow Warrior form (you will discover that you are about two feet taller than your physical height and broader). Remember that this is who you really are. This is why you are on the planet at this time. You came here to complete your mission, to fulfil the prophecies.

I wrote the above section of the newsletter several weeks ago, and when I was looking for the Hopi quote to slot in, I came across some information I had typed out at the beginning of the year which I had forgotten about. I don’t remember doing this at all and was amazed to find it at the very time I was writing this piece!

At the beginning of the year - and following enquiries from some members of The Healing Prayers Circle - I received a vision about creating a gathering next year to help prepare us for the events at the end of 2012 and beyond. To invite Warriors and Warrioresses of the Rainbow to gather, share and create ceremony together with a view to sending healing to the Earth Mother to assist Her and Her inhabitants, at this pivotal time in the planet’s history. If you are interested can you let me know as soon as possible, and I will start seeking venues. I am already hoping that some Elders will be able to attend if we can get enough people to come to cover their expenses. Let me know what you think.

The key for the coming month is DISCERNMENT. This is a test that many are failing at the moment. It is one of the most difficult tests on the personal development and spiritual pathway. Many think that they are receiving information from their Guides or being guided by their Higher Self when in actual fact it is their ego. You know that this is true because when you get called up on it or pulled up on it; you deny it vehemently, giving pure confirmation that it’s your ego talking. This is proof that actually your ego is running the show, not you and not Spirit. This is an ego trap, which happens when you reach a certain higher level of advancement on your pathway. It is so well hidden that you are convinced it is your higher self-giving you instruction but it isn’t. It is one of the most important lessons to master before you can successfully proceed further on your pathway. If you don’t, this false ego will lead you into all sorts of trouble and situations that will bite you on the ass in the end. A story to illustrate this:-

Many years ago when I was living deep in the countryside of England during my nomadic years, I met a woman who had given up everything and was living with her dog in her car. She said her higher self/twin flame had told her to do this. That she was on what she called her ‘vision quest’ (although she knew nothing about the correct practices involved in vision quest). I knew her for two years seeing her occasionally. Each time I saw her, her health had deteriorated further and her dog was suffering greatly. She was spending each night of each year sleeping in her old car with the dog. One of the last times I saw her, I could see that her Soul was ready to leave her body and the dog was ready to go too. I consulted one of my Elders who said that no way would the Higher Self in whatever form encourage such practice, that it was purely her ego. Despite her friends’ best efforts, she would not listen and carried on. I do not know what happened to her, but all I can remember is the suffering in her dog’s eyes.

Those who operate from ego will be immediately thinking something like; “oh that’s not me, I would never do anything like that.” Wrong, you would, because your ego just reacted in that way. It is so easy and so subtle and so hard to master this lesson.

I also received a wake-up call on this subject many years ago from one of my Elders, which put a stop to my nomadic years. I was so convinced that I was following Spirit’s direction, but it was my ego, which was afraid to stop long enough to go in deep and heal what needed healing. She shocked me to my core with her words that day. And it was life changing. I instantly took on board the lesson and within a very short space of time, my entire life was transformed into something even better than I could ever have hoped for. Sadly, there are those stuck in their ego who are not willing to dive deep enough, their fear holds them back, which is a shame as they miss out on great rewards.

Pay attention; discern everything and everyone that comes into your space. Are you failing to use your discernment by getting involved in matters that don’t really concern you? (such as other people’s dramas – which are actually nothing to do with you). Are you falling, hook line and sinker for those you feel are more spiritual and experienced than you and becoming blind to the truth of who they are? Are you failing to discern what is truth and what is ego boosting? Are you failing to discern whether something or someone is genuine? Are you failing to discern whether someone is helping you or manipulating you? It’s not easy to spot and the tests can be painful. Now is the time to improve your discernment techniques before things really start speeding up on this planet.
