NEW MOON Blessings!

The New Moon today (UK 22:35pm, 17:35pm USA – EST, 22^nd Aus/NZ) falls in the sign of Pisces.

Pisces energy always makes us feel dreamy; we don’t feel like concentrating or pushing ourselves too hard. And that is exactly what this New Moon is all about. Chill out a bit and tune into the dream energy that is around for the next three days, as you may receive new insights about your dreams and goals.

Although a dreamy and romantic sign, Pisces people have strong personalities, Pisces women in particular. So if you are a Pisces woman, you have permission to stop being your usual control freak self for the next three days. Let yourself and everyone else around you off the hook!

Pisces is a water sign and so we are invited to indulge ourselves in its water element. Book into a spa, go swimming, visit water (pond/lake/ocean), drink plenty of pure water, wallow in a deep bubble bath etc.

Pisces’ water element also relates to our emotions, therefore it is time to take an honest look at how we feel emotionally. Are we content, happy, fulfilled? If not what is really going on? Neptune (ruler of Pisces) is The Mystic and represents; spirituality, imagination, the Sea, union, dissolution, chaos, delusion, scandal, dreams, solvents, drugs, ESP, compassion, socialism, collectivism, nations, peoples, hospitals, asylums. It will be interesting to see how His influence will bring changes to our world.

Those that are in tune, will be bringing forth new manifestations from the dream world in a new way, their link to Spirit will be greatly enhanced and greatly enhance any creative work and creative projects.

Pay attention to your dreams over the next few days and over the coming years, keep a Dream Journal, as your dreamtime and psychic abilities will be greatly enhanced by Neptune.

On the other hand, the shadow side of Neptune’s areas will bring forth more scandals (no doubt political), more people power and changes to our hospitals and institutions – and not before time.

FEBRUARY Updates

Thank you to everyone who has sent healing, prayers and good wishes for my Mother, we all appreciate you taking the time to care. And thank you for your patience with this month's delay to the Updates.

January was hard going for many of us. Physically we felt like cr*p, we were susceptible to seasonal viruses, we felt knackered all the time and totally lethargic. There were bright bursts in-between, but overall January made everything, even the simple things, feel like a great effort. This was due to the giant Solar Flare that hit the Earth and the continual Electrical Storms we were bombarded with. This played havoc with our physical electrical circuitry and made us feel out of sorts for days.

Thankfully the energies have now lightened, we have turned the dark corner and are now heading towards the Light once more, just like the Snowdrops in our gardens. Signs of life are already returning to the Earth, due to the mild Winter and we can see green shoots pushing through the soil already. The heaviness has lifted and we are starting to regain our energy and enthusiasm once more.

This year our journey is about moving from fear to love, and oh my, haven’t we had some tough tests on that already this year? It seems we have been whacked with one lesson after another lately. Our oldest and greatest fears raise another layer of themselves for us to clear.

And this has been so frustrating. Many of us have been working consciously with the Law of Attraction and Abundance and have been doing well, until we started 2012. Suddenly we are worrying ourselves sick about money and what will happen, we have allowed ourselves to get sucked in by the media, and the moans and worries of our friends and we seem to have disconnected from all that fab energy we were so tapped into only a few short months ago! Yes it’s testing time again, yet more layers of that infernal onion. Why is it that just when we think we’ve licked a big fear it rolls right around again?

Well it is to do with the amount of Light we now embody. In order for us to be able to expand and take in more Light (so that we become less dense and more Lightbody), we have to shift the old, heavy stuff that weighs us down. In fact moving from fear to love is very Lemurian. We have all re-lived the abuse of power (and other issues) from our Atlantis days over the past 20 years and, as I have said in the past, now is the time to remember the Lemurian way. They were gentle Beings, who rarely spoke but communicated telepathically and used sound frequencies. Their knowledge of the higher aspect of plant life was incredible, they were master pharmacists of the cosmic kind. They are the ones who have been helping us to remember all the aspects of vibrational medicine to enable us to raise our vibrations, and the vibrations of those around us so that the planet’s vibration can be raised and the New World can be born.

It is a time of Heart ruling Head. Even Science has recently discovered that it is the heart that controls the brain not the other way around. The Heart is the brain and ‘computer’ that makes us function on so many levels. Nurture your heart and the hearts of others. Move into being more loving – which means you gotta get outta your head and into your heart!

ASCENSION SYMPTOMS

Some of you have already experienced these symptoms and some will continue to do so. As I have said before, we are on the same path but at different stages, so just take what feels right for you now, and keep the rest as future reference. Although I speak as if these things have already happened, for some they have yet to happen.

Eyesight

Continues to be a problem with the fluctuating energies.

Dizziness

Earthquake activity has increased again which is causing symptoms in Earth Sensitives. Whereas I used to feel the ground shake in advance of quakes, because there are so many series of them at the moment I just feel incredibly dizzy. The dizzy spell doesn’t last long; I usually just sit down for a couple of minutes until it passes.

Disrupted Sleep

Waking up at all sorts of hours without really knowing why. Try and catch up with sleep when you can.

Dreamtime

Wow what an adventure Dreamtime is, I do hope you are writing your dreams down. Some amazing healing is going on during our dreamtime, as well as the usual prophecy and weird stuff.

Chakras

Protect your Heart chakra (at the back as well as front) and the psychic gateway at the back of your neck. There is a lot of chaotic dark energy flying around, as those who are resistant to change are projecting their stuff, avoid these types of people at all costs. Include them in your prayers as they are stuck in fear. This is causing a bit of pain in relationships including family relationships, but is all part of the Divine plan.

Seeing Things

Many folks have reported seeing Beings out of the corner of their eye. Others have seen more ET’s in the sky. The veil seems thinner these days and I know that we are being watched by other planets, who are concerned about the death of our planet and are gathering close to us to help us.

Losing Track

As you become more used to the Fourth Dimension energies, you find it hard to even remember what day it is in the Third Dimension! Your sense of time and place becomes vague and you feel spacey, it can be quite difficult getting back into 3D mode. It does settle, but be patient and gentle with yourself whilst you are going through this adjustment. Ensure that you eat properly so that you are as grounded as possible during this phase.

Orbs

Some folks have noticed an increase in orbs especially when they are out in Nature, and orbs are appearing more in people’s photographs. Orbs can also spontaneously eject from the pupil of your eye. Others have become aware of colours in the air around them, they are sensing colour weaving around them on the air as if someone dyed the breeze in different colours, or a jetstream passes through only in colour.

Spiritual bullying

Usually from Spiritual bullsh*tters! This is the year of Truth, when the bullsh*tters will be shown up for who they really are. Unfortunately before that happens, they lash out, usually at those carrying more light, and try to impose their will upon those they deem are weaker than them. They can be quite devious about this, and disguise it well. They also have seductive energy, as you get drawn to them thinking they know so much more than you do, and you soak up every crumb they throw your way. You may have thought you had met a kindred soul but uh oh a few more hours or days in and you realise that something doesn’t feel quite right. For goodness sake don’t override that feeling! It doesn’t take long before they start to show their true colours and try controlling you or imposing their will on you. Walk away now! You don’t need to be around anyone like that especially at the moment.

Another form of spiritual bullying is happening on social media sites like Facebook, beware of those asking for friend requests; they may just be stealing all those on your friends list. Beware of those that seem so spiritual, many of them are just empire building, they have a lot of Love and Light b*llocks on their Wall but their intention is much darker. Use discernment with those you come into contact with from now on. And if you are in doubt about anyone, sit and ask Spirit for guidance about them, ask that the truth be revealed to you now – and it will be so.

Finally

You are stronger now than you realise. You stand strong in your own truth now, after all the work that you have done these past few years. You might surprise yourself when something comes straight out of your mouth without you thinking – and what comes out is the right thing to say – like No! It will surprise others too. You are so strong inside that you trust yourself more and you are able to discern what is right for you without flinching or losing sleep over it. Tell ‘em straight and don’t try and cover it up with fluff of any kind. Remember this is the year of truth, if they don’t like it, that’s their problem not yours. Stand tall brave Warrior/ess!

The key for the coming month is LOVE. Such a tiny word that has such a massive impact on everyone and everything. It really is as simple as that tiny, four letter word. There is nothing else we need but Love. There is nothing anyone else needs but Love. There is nothing more our world needs than Love. People say that they believe in Love, that they are loving, but do their actions really show it? When they are screaming at their spouse, the kids, the dog – is that Love? (yes I know that’s easier said than done). I feel that the only spiritual practice we need to focus on this year is Love. It is why we are here.

JANUARY UPDATES

NEW MOON and CHINESE NEW YEAR BLESSINGS!

Every year I am given a slogan from Spirit regarding the coming year, if you remember last year’s was “2011 – Just Do It!”. These slogans are usually given to me 2-3 months before the year ends. Well for the first time in ten years, I received nothing, nada. It didn’t matter how many times I attuned and waited nothing appeared. And I have realised that this is exactly how it is meant to be this year. It is a significant year and I feel a year in which none of us really knows what will happen. Inside me I have a good feeling, I have a feeling deep in my bones that this can be a good year. I refuse to get sucked into the media hype about the recession (look at what has happened to those who have believe it!). There is money to be made and yes, there are people who have money to pay for your services and what you offer. It is a feeling of excitement also, as I feel that we have been given a blank page to create whatever we want on it.

So 2012 is finally here, this much hyped date has finally arrived. We all now know that the many doom laden predictions were not from the Mayan Elders, in fact they were misinterpreted by one white man for his own gain and look at the huge hoohah he created out of misrepresenting sacred Elders! If there is one thing that drives the Elders and Spirit nuts it’s when folks interpret what has come through rather than just relaying it exactly as it was given. (If you cannot understand what has been given, then go to one who is adept at translating these messages, but make sure they are genuine, believe me there aren’t many of them around). Interpreting rather than passing on indicates ego and disrespect for the gift/s that have been given.

So, no the world is not going to end this year, no we are not going to get hurled off the planet into space (although I know the Earth Mother would love to do that as She has had enough!). Yes there will continue to be Earth changes that will shock us. Yes there will continue to be great highs and great lows. Changes and shake-ups will continue in all areas of our lives, especially in our governments and financial institutions. And People Power will grow (only this week in the UK, nurses and midwives have stood up to the government and said NO to their new plans – way to go sisters!).

2012 is the year to live LARGE! You have done the work, heck you made it to 2012 for goodness sake! Now get out there and share your gifts with the world. It needs them. It needs strong leaders. It needs powerful, united communities. You can help by daring to live LARGE and not hiding any more, get out there and showcase who you are and what you can offer. The whole Ascension process over the past 10 years has been about us clearing, refining and getting ready our new ‘shop fronts’ and getting clear on what we want to do. The time for procrastination is over; in fact we should have all got over ourselves by now. The past ten years have been all about getting to this date. Look back over the past ten years, my goodness can you see how much you have grown? How much more Light you now hold? How much clearing and healing you have done? How many changes you have made in your life? And it was a really tough ride, it was not a pathway for the feint hearted, but you did it, you made it to 2012.

Now gather all that Light and experience and radiate it out to where it is most needed. It’s not the Earth Mother that needs healing (She knows exactly what She is doing) it is the human beings living on the Earth that need your healing energy and Light. Gather in your groups and circles and make your focus one that radiates Light into and around each human being on this planet. We have to raise the consciousness of the masses if this planet is to survive and we need to do it in a much, bigger way. This whole year is about doing everything bigger and larger. If y’all focus like this regularly you will bring about a shift more quickly than any other technique. Don’t worry about the animals, the earth changes etc, keep this as your main focus.

Do send Love to the Earth Mother, this helps Her greatly to know that you care, and eases Her labour pains as She is birthing the Fifth World of Peace. Send love and healing to those caught up in the disasters, not by getting sucked into the awfulness of it but by visualising everything as healed and whole. I use an NLP technique, which is like rewinding a film backwards, so whenever I see building collapsing because of an earthquake, I immediately reverse it and see the building going back up with the single objective of enabling rescuers to find more people. I have shared this with some healing colleagues and it has worked every time. Visualise it as healed and it will be so, although it may not be in the way you expect.

2012 is also the Year of Responsibility. It is a year to become independent, stand on your own two feet, be responsible for your own health and well being and put yourself first this year (then you will have more strength and power to help others). Work towards financial independence. Strengthen yourself emotionally, so that nothing can knock you off centre. How responsible are you for caring for Mother Earth? What can you do to help the corner of Her that you inhabit? How responsible are you for the words that come out of your mouth? The thoughts in your head? The things that you eat and drink? The way that you move your body?

If you remember, the Ascension process has been about bringing Heaven to Earth and embodying our full Light Body, that’s what all the aches and pains and struggles have been all about. Now it is time to be an Ambassador of Light, an Ambassador of Heaven. Get out there and shine LARGE!

SOLAR FLARES – continue to affect us. This week one of the largest ever hit the Earth. If you have been feeling out of sorts or absolutely knackered, then that is why. Solar Flares affect the electrical circuitry in our bodies. We don’t sleep well and have bad dreams, you may feel headachy and your body may ache as if you have flu. (Do check that you are not coming down with the flu that is rampaging around the UK at the moment, take your herbs and vits to protect your immune system), dizziness, feeling fearful and if everything is unstable etc. Solar Flares really knock us for six, you just can’t push when you have been whacked with one of those, you must take things slow. Usually your energy picks up again within two days.

Eyesight

Continues to be a problem with the fluctuating energies.

Headaches

Caused by solar flares and electrical storms, also if you are starting a healthier regime you may be detoxing, and that causes headaches.

Aches and pains

Due to solar flares/electrical storms. Do not eat a low fat diet if you have aching joints, you need good fats (olive oil, coconut oil, avocado) to help your joints.

Dreamtime

Everything from the Prophetic (I dreamt about the cruise ship going down off Italy two weeks before it happened) to the totally weird.

Chakras

Third Eye and Crown Chakras seem to have been hit during the latest Solar Flares. I feel that we are being prepared for our year ahead. Also our Heart chakras continue to be sensitive due to all we are witnessing. Cleanse your chakras regularly and heal them by placing your hands on them.

The key for the coming month and year is FLEXIBILITY. The more responsibility you take for yourself, the way you live and work, and your thoughts, words and actions, the easier you will cope with the year ahead. The healthier you are, the stronger you will be. Things will come up that will broadside you, but if you are prepared you will cope with them effortlessly. We need to be like Willow, we need to bend with the winds and learn to dance through the storms of life. Our roots are good and deep due to the love we have for Mother Earth, She nourishes and sustains us. Our branches are our antennae to Spirit and we have such a strong connection these days. Do yoga, pilates, dance or swim to keep your body flexible; a flexible body creates a flexible mind. Life can bend us like a pretzel, but we won’t snap if we stay flexible. BTW – eat plenty of good oils in your diet to help your joints remain flexible, good quality extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil etc.

Feng Shui Diaries – Update

We are currently cleaning and preparing for Chinese New Year, I am well behind this year but have already planned our opening feast, yum yum! I have also written a plan for the year ahead of all that I need to accomplish in the house and my workroom. Just waiting for my Annual Cures Kit to arrive now!

Gardening Diary Update

We have both had ‘flu and haven’t been well enough to do much. However, hubby already has his gardening catalogue and planner out, (it is so good to see him getting keen to grow things again) and I am writing a list of herbs I want to grow this year. Because of the cold weather I brought a lot of plants indoors, the mild spell over Christmas saw my Spring bulbs growing early, so I have brought all those pots indoors (it’s a nightmare trying to hoover around all of those!).

HAPPY NEW YEAR

Hi All,

A very Happy New Year to you and yours.

It is going to be a good year (so ignore the media and other doomgooders).

The reason I haven't written a January Update is because my mother had emergency surgery on Boxing Day and it has been touch and go with her ever since. She is on the other side of the country and since visiting her in hospital at Christmas we have been on standby to dash across the country again.

Thankfully she seems to have stabilised now (due to all the healing and prayers from the wonderful members of The Healing Prayers Circle) and I am only now picking up the threads of my own life. I need to concentrate on paid work for my lovely clients and customers first, before attending to the free stuff such as this Blog and my monthly E-zine. I will write an update as soon as I can.

CHRISTMAS EVE New Moon

We are blessed with the most auspicious New Moon on Christmas Eve. What a wonderful way to celebrate such a special time of year.

The days leading up to Christmas Eve have been harder than usual with many feeling absolutely exhausted at a time when they want to be full of energy to enjoy the fun. This has been due to the dark nights of the Moon leading up to New Moon, and also the effects of the powerful Winter Solstice we have just had. Now the energy starts to lift for everyone and Christmas will be fun, you will have the physical and emotional energy for it.

Jupiter, planet of luck and good fortune turns direct also bringing us optimism, upliftment and celebration.

Christmas Eve is a fantastic day to write your New Moon Wish List. It won’t just be for the month ahead, it will be setting the tone for your year ahead, so think carefully before writing on paper what you desire to manifest over the coming year. December is the last month in a powerful Autumn/Winter season that has laid the foundations for our year ahead.

In 2012 it will be easier to make money than it has been in recent years (despite the media spin and the cr*p perpetrated in the news). Capricorn helps us to get sensible about money, to prioritise what is important, to create new structures to enable us to create more money for ourselves and to choose love instead of fear through abundance instead of materialism.

The New Moon is in Capricorn, yep that stubborn ol’ goat, yet Capricorn can headbutt us, to get us off our butts and out there manifesting. This New Moon brings energy for new beginnings in our work (whatever business or career you have); Capricorn’s gift is “industrious accomplishment and reputation building” all of which are supported by this wonderful New Moon. Capricorn kickbutts our ambitions and goals, encourages sensible approaches to whatever we do, helps us to achieve success, reminds us of our responsibilities, reminds us to be an authority to ourselves and how to deal with authority, and helps us to take charge of ourselves and our lives.

This New Moon is aspected by Jupiter, Uranus and Pluto. This is amazing as they help us to prepare for the giant leap forward we are about to take next year. However, in order to succeed you must speak your truth and stand firm in your power. You must be authoritative (tough love may be called for from time to time). We are here to serve, and we cannot serve the people if we do not speak our truth or stand with conviction and authority in our truth.

Uranus brings us liberty and individuality, so you have the support to finally be yourself, you are free to be you now, no more holding back, 2012 is the year for you to be seen fully in all of your magnificence.

Uranus helps you to avoid being sidetracked or knocked off centre by “what other people think”. Stuff what other people think, it is what you think that matters from now on, and if they don’t like it – tough! You are a beautiful, unique individual and you have your own unique contribution to make to this world, that is why you are here, it is your personal mission, so go do it y’hear!

We have all felt the shift at the end of this year and have perhaps felt a little scared by the unknown. We all know deep down that things will never, ever be the same for us again, we have changed too much and our world has changed too much during this past year. So when people or things leave your life or when things fall apart, try not to panic, try tounderstand that space is being made for better to come to you now. We know that the change is MASSIVE and that is what scares us. Part of what we are afraid of is the responsibility we now carry, we have to grow up big time now as we step into 2012.

As I have said to several clients this week (and mentioned in my last Blog post), you must trust your intuition and not be influenced by others outside of yourself. We have to rely on ourselves, to be independent on every level, and only trust the Highest Truth which comes from within, because we are all unique, individual channels through which the Greater Love and Higher Truth flows. We just need to trust ourselves more, and spend time to connect and strengthen that inner link. The more connected to the Divine you are, the more successful you will be, the happier and more contented you will be, and the more you will be able to cope with any curve balls that come your way in 2012. The more you are connected to the Higher Power, the more power you will personally have. The more powerful you become, the greater your ability to serve will become.

The old ways have gone, and we are a little unsure because the new ways have not fully presented yet. Some years ago I shared a story with you; back in the early 90s, Archangel Michael told me that there would come a day when we would need to throw all of our books out of the window, and to forget everything that we have learned so far, because there would be new ways to do things and we would all be taught directly by Spirit how to do them. Well that time is here, now. These new ways are essential for the new world that is being built. So go into the fear and uncertainty that may come up, talk to your Guides/Helpers about it and ask for their assistance and clarity. We are all feeling it, so you are not alone. (It’s even worse for old timers like myself, as we have been taught in a certain way for so long, that it is kinda hard to shake off the old tapes in the head that have been programmed by decades of reading, learning and studying this stuff!)

Remember also what I have been saying for several years now, that heaven isn’t somewhere out there, that it is inside us? Well that time has arrived. The whole point of the Ascension Process has been for us to be able to embody Heaven on Earth. Now, we are all Earth Angels, we are embodying Heaven on Earth and helping others to do the same. (I have created a new ‘Earth Angel’ spray mist to support you in your mission. Available in January 2012). No more hoping to escape to Heaven one day, it is right here right now, you’ve just to find it.

Enjoy being a fully conscious Light Being in a human form. We have all been through a heck of a lot over the past few years to expand ourselves on every level including cellular, in order to make space for our full Lightbody, now we get the chance to walk around with it in our human suit, how cool is that?!

This New Moon helps us to awaken and birth our next year, our new future that we are creating for ourselves. Awaken, shine, free yourselves and others. Reinvent yourself, your practices, your way of living, working and being. Celebrate your uniqueness and accept the uniqueness of others (even though that might be challenging at times!)

And remember, the power of your words nowadays can instantly manifest. So catch yourself on every time you open your mouth. Don’t put yourself or anyone else down (however testing they are), because you will continue to experience the same from them and things won’t change. If you must speak then make your words worthwhile and positive, otherwise be quiet and don’t say anything. That is why true Elders seldom say much; they don’t need to unless they have something worth sharing. One thing I have noticed over the decades is that I don’t trust those who are over verbose, whilst some are gifted orators, many are full of sh*t, and the ones that use a hundred words where a few will do, are not trustworthy and always let you down. However, you also need to discern those that withhold verbally, some do it to be enigmatic, some do it to draw you in like a spider to their web and some do it to be seen as enlightened gurus. The test is trusting your inner Bullsh*t Detector to discern who is authentic and living in truth and who is not (and the higher along your pathway you are, the more cleverly disguised they are).

Also be aware that your thoughts are being heard by more people than you realise. Because everyone’s vibration has been raised, those of a higher vibration will know exactly what you are thinking. Telepathic ability has increased greatly, so be careful what you are thinking! (And don’t forget that your thoughts also create your reality, what you are thinking right now will create your future).

Do remember that we are in the Winter moons, and Mercury won’t be fully sorted until the New Year, so this is not the time to make quick or sudden decisions. Capricorn encourages us to strategically work out the pros and cons first, and then sleep on it, and then sleep on it some more before making that decision. That ol’ goat teaches us patience and perseverance.

This New Moon is full of hope, generosity, blessings and optimism. Be excited and positive about the year ahead. We are being given the green light to go for it next year. So out with the old and in with the new. Clearing out the old, creating space for the new to come in on every level. Be excited, 2012 is going to be a good year for all of us.

SOLSTICE BLESSINGS!

SOLSTICE BLESSINGS to you all.

As usual, the energy leading up to the Winter Solstice has been intense for many of us. This is my favourite quarter festival, even though it feels like I have been wading through treacle for the past few weeks in the build up to it!

As we go into the shortest day and longest night, we are reminded that this is not a time of doing, it is a time of going within and being quiet. (Not easy in the build up to Christmas I know). Yet it is essential that we build in some quiet time for ourselves to reflect on the year about to pass and open ourselves to soak up the Sacred Soulstice energy available to us on 21, 22 and 23 December.

It is a time to go without fear into the darkness, to see what has been forgotten about because of the busyness of the year that now needs to be found, recognised and brought into the light for healing.

I know that many of us have experienced a lot of darkness in one form or another over the past few weeks, that we didn't see coming. It has been a shock for some of you. Because we are spending so much time in our greater Lightbody we have been experiencing an increase in love and positivity and light in our lives that we have been taking for granted. Then when something from the lower vibration yanks us back down to the third dimension, it can be a bit of a shock to the system and can broadside us for a bit. It is an opportunity to find the lesson being presented, and to thank our adversaries for presenting on our path as valuable teachers.

There is a lot of spiritual snobbery around at the moment with some people thinking that they are living gurus on a golden throne sitting there waiting for everyone to wait on them hand and foot. Get as far away from anyone like this as quickly as possible! They are illusionists. They give you the impression that they are deeply spiritual but they have a motive and it is not deeply spiritual I can assure you. They are clever at drawing people to them and trapping them in their web so that they can use them later. Don't be caught up in their spin or taken in by the facade they present to the world. These people have an agenda and it is well hidden.

There is also a lot of spiritual bullying going on at the moment and I will expand more on that in January's update.

The Solstice encourages us to take a look at where we have been giving away our power, who we have been giving it away to and how much of it we have given away. The Solstice encourages us to once more trust the light of our intuition and to connect with the Greater Love from which all truth comes. Trust your intuition more. When those alarm bells start tinging, or your body gives you signals that it's not 100% happy/sure/convinced by this person or situation, trust it. Trust yourself more. As the Light returns it reminds us to take back our Light for ourselves, purify it, amplify it and then transmit it without fear.

Over the next couple of days, get outside and connect with Nature and give praise to Grandfather Sun thanking Him for bringing His much needed light back to the Earth for another year.

Allow hope to rise in your heart, certain now that the Light will gradually increase. In the meantime appreciate the Winter moons as a time of slowing down and spending time with family and enjoying the warmth of your home. This is a time of thanksgiving, reflection and planning for the year to come.

FULL MOON Total Lunar Eclipse

Saturday’s Full Moon Total Lunar Eclipse closes the last Eclipse season of the year - and what a powerful one to end with. The Moon will be hidden during this Eclipse, i.e. the Feminine will be hidden.

What aspects of your femininity have you been hiding from the world?

What aspects of your Feminine power are you hiding away?

What aspects of the Feminine within you need healing or need attention?

Is ‘She’ being honoured enough?

Is ‘She’ being pleasured enough?

Is ‘She’ being listened to?

This Eclipse will reveal to you what your Feminine Self has been trying to tell you for some time. Listen to Her, act on the information She gives you and vow never to neglect Her like that again. This is further emphasised by the colour the Moon takes on during this type of Eclipse, it is often known at the Red Moon. The Red Moon ties in with women’s moontime (menses).

The Moon is directly opposite the Sun during this Eclipse with the Earth blotting her out, so there could be confrontation between male and female this weekend, although the making up could be fun due to the passion energies of the Full Moon!

Expect some possible stresses and challenges in relationships well into next week. Work through the truth that this Eclipse will bring to light regarding your relationships. What the Lunar Eclipse wants is for you to understand the purpose of being in each other’s lives and through your relationship together. Sun and Moon, Soul and Spirit, Male and Female, it is about linking together and connection.

Lunar Eclipses are about endings - the pathway you are on is dissolving, the old ways are now being dropped; beginnings – new pathways are now being created for you (even if you can’t quite see them yet, hold on and have faith); exposure – truth, some of it shocking is now coming to light (Eclipses are all about bringing some truth into the light); and major changes – absorbing higher levels of light, accessing higher levels of guidance than before. You may be feeling confused, disoriented, a little lost and panicky and not at all sure about where you are headed. You may have to wait for clarity, I would recommend until the end of next week as other planets can cause confused and muddy thinking. It could be a bit of a rollercoaster ride over the next few days. Don’t forget Mercury is still retrograde, so communication matters are not best aspected at the moment as your message will not be understood and you will have to make a real effort to be heard and understood clearly.

Eclipses encourage us to do some Spiritual Dumpster Diving, and some of those dumpsters can be pretty deep! At the time you may panic, thinking you will never ever smile again, or that you won’t be able to breathe freely again, but if you go into the process wholeheartedly and take the time out to go through it, you will come out the other side so much faster. The You that re-emerges is stronger, calmer, and has more clarity about what has been going on and what you now want for yourself.

The energies leading up to this Eclipse have been quite intense and many have been feeling very tired. This may continue, so build in little rests times as often as you can for yourself. And protect your Solar Plexus, there is so much chaotic energy flying around that you don’t need to absorb other’s projections, as you have got enough of your own stuff to deal with. (Spray some of ‘The Protector’ spray mist over your solar plexus to create a shield of protection there, or rub some St. John’s Wort oil into it to release any tension being held there).

The effects of this Eclipse can be felt for several months after the event, and so can continue to impact your life. If you have sailed through the Eclipse season, just be aware that things can still be brought to your attention over the coming months that may catch you off guard.

The conflict between the material and the spiritual will continue over the next six months. There doesn’t need to be any conflict, you earn your money you spend it how you want and that doesn’t make you any less spiritual. We live in the Third Dimension, so why not enjoy the bling and toys of this dimension if they bring you pleasure? The old guard are not happy with this however, and may berate you as they do not feel it is right that you are charging for your spiritual gifts. Well to be a nurse is an occupation using spiritual gifts– do you think nurses shouldn’t be paid? To be an artist is an occupation using spiritual gifts – do you think artists should give their paintings away for free? As always it is about balance. The other paradox that this Eclipse will continue to play out is saying that you want World Peace yet screaming at your partner/kids/dog. There is so much lip service about Peace going around at the moment, yet the very people spouting this are the ones who haven’t sorted their sh*t out and they need to, before they start preaching to others.

Full Moons are about celebrating your achievements over the past month, before we go into the waning of the Moon, when everything slows down and we get a chance to rest and integrate all that has happened recently.

Be very careful what you are attracting to yourself, cotton on to this now and it will stand you in good stead for next year. As manifestation now happens so quickly (sometimes you have a random thought and by the end of the day it has manifested) you need to really check your thoughts, desires and wishes because they will be activated very quickly. In the past there was a time delay, this gave us time to have a good think about if this is really what we want and to research the consequences and whether that manifestation will serve those in our lives as well as our selves. Now that timeframe has got so small sometimes it is not even there. We have been given total responsibility for our manifestations. The Universe/Spirit is not going to step in and delay things (they know the bigger picture, and that the decision may not be the best further down the line). What we think we manifest and it is nobody’s responsibility but ours. So please, stop and think before glibly joking about what you want (or don’t want) or you could learn some painful lessons, and you could affect a great many people but not in the way you had hoped. You are solely responsible for everything that shows up in your life. All of your decisions in the past have brought you to where you are today, and that ain’t nobody’s fault but yours. If you are happy with where you are, well done, you understand the lesson. If you are not happy then remember the 3 Golden Rules for Life which I have shared with you before. (Accept It, Change It or Leave It).

Full Moons can encourage excess and as it is the Festive Season we could be tempted to splurge or indulge too much. Try and activate your inner Money Monitor so that it can rein you in a bit. That goes for food and drink too, have a good time but be prepared for the consequences afterwards! Also Full Moons increase the waters i.e. high tides, and that increases our emotional sensitivity also, so there could be a lot of excess emotion around. Remember that this is not the norm, it is purely due to the Full Moon, get outside and ground yourself in Nature and walk off any strange feelings or tearyness.
